Job Summary
Design and implement LEAN practices including VSM, continuous flow, and 5S workplace organization to reduce waste and optimize production yield. Analyze existing systems to identify value-added activities, lead Kaizen events, and develop work instructions while training team members. Plan, select, and redesign work areas using lean techniques to minimize repetitive motions and improve ergonomic efficiency. Lead project teams to optimize PCBA and mechanical assembly processes, manage production schedules for capacity analysis, and drive cost reduction initiatives. Coordinate continuous improvement activities to upgrade production quality and evaluate employee tasks for procedural enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- At least with 5 years of experience in industrial & manufacturing engineering
