Job Summary
Industrial Engineer responsible for reporting and driving improvements at the Plainfield, IN site. Uses automated dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL-based reporting) to provide real-time visibility into performance, develops/maintains forecasts with financial modeling and scenario analysis, supports data integrity and standardized reporting pipelines, collaborates with operations and corporate teams to deliver reports and operational queries, conducts time studies and labor planning, maintains engineered labor standards, standardizes system configurations (Manhattan SCALE, Oracle EBS, IBM Cognos, Exacta Sentinel, LMS, ADP), and supports budgets and forecasts to align operational performance with financial targets.
Required Qualifications
- BA Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar
- WMS/ERP experience with Manhattan SCALE, Oracle EBS, IBM Cognos (SCI), Exacta Sentinel, LMS, ADP
- Demonstrated experience in expert manipulation of data to quickly highlight trends and draw accurate conclusions from the data, including building automated reporting solutions and dashboards
- Experience conducting tracking and data analysis, including development of KPIs, scorecards, and executive-level reporting
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and e-mail skills required
- Direct to consumer fulfillment operations/e-commerce industry experience
- Strong business acumen in order fulfillment, inventory control and/or distribution
- New building startup and multiple building campus experience
- Experience integrating a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ERP and MHE systems
- BA/BS in Industrial Engineering or related field
