Job Summary
Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing and business process optimization initiatives focused on improving operational performance, supply continuity, and process efficiency. Analyze, design, and implement process improvements to increase manufacturing capacity, reduce lead time, minimize WIP, improve fill rates, and enhance overall operational flow. Utilize simulation tools and analytical methods to model processes, design and monitor KPIs with internal customers and suppliers, and partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve product supply issues; apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations, or process improvement in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with capacity analysis, process optimization, and operational efficiency improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional manufacturing environments and with suppliers
Desired Qualifications

- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining performance metrics and KPIs
