Job Summary
Monitor performance, support production and systems to meet operational and functional requirements, and develop plant layouts, capacity plans, and accident prevention measures. Evaluate new techniques for production integration, optimize the production system by integrating design and supply base elements, and analyze data to provide metrics for leadership consultation. Develop facility modification plans, ensure compliance with safety and ergonomic guidelines, and lead or support LEAN production activities. Interact with inter-organizational personnel to solve difficult technical issues. This role involves 100% onsite work at Boeing's Heath, Ohio facility under a 9/80 rotation schedule. Candidates must obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields with five years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 5 or more years' related work experience
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to Obtain U.S. Secret – Final Post-Start Basic Qualifications
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite
- The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location
- This worksite participates in Boeing's optional 9/80 schedule rotation
- 9/80 is a rotation in which employees can work 9 hour shifts, 8 days per pay period (bi-weekly) and receive every other Friday off
- This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
- Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense
- This is not an Export Control position
- This is not a Safety Sensitive Position
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Depot Level Repair and Maintenance
- Bachelor or Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering
- Experience implementing One Boeing Production System (OneBPS) or similar Lean Production System
- Experience working under an AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS)
