Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong statistical knowledge related to manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% (local within Minnesota and US)
