Job Summary
Lead Lean initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and 8D problem solving to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste. Identify process improvements to increase throughput and efficiency while standardizing layouts, workflows, and production standards. Manage and develop the Industrial Engineering team, partner with operations leadership to drive plant performance, and support capital equipment projects from planning through implementation. Develop capacity models and planning tools to enhance overall productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Experience with root cause analysis, process improvement, and data analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
