Job Summary
Coordinate manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality while supporting Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen programs. Maintain time studies, standard work, and line balancing to identify bottlenecks and implement actions that improve throughput and capacity. Develop and control headcount plans, monitor labor efficiency, and track key indicators such as OEE, productivity, scrap, and cycle time. Support automation system implementation, design manufacturing layouts, and participate in New Product Introduction. Report to the Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead in Monterrey, Mexico, with a requirement for an industrial or mechanical engineering background and at least two years of manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Industrial, mechanical or related career engineer
- At least 2 years of experience manufacturing environment
- English, conversational level
- Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
- ISO 9001 knowledge
- AutoCAD, CAD software skills
- Understanding of ERP
