Job Summary
Conduct time studies to verify standard times and manufacturing standards, while creating and maintaining work descriptions and production documentation. Analyze manufacturing processes to identify improvement potential and quantify cost savings in existing workflows. Derive and establish target specifications, such as piece counts per article and workstation, then communicate these guidelines to relevant production areas and coordinate with adjacent departments. Support continuous process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and economic viability. Requires REFA training, strong MS Office and SAP skills, and good English proficiency. Offers salary according to the Metal and Electrical Industry Collective Agreement with vacation, Christmas, and tariff supplements.
Required Qualifications
- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation
- REFA Ausbildung
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und SAP
- gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Zielstrebige, adressatengerechte Kommunikation
