Job Summary
Industrial Engineer at OnLogic focusing on optimizing manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability. Responsible for lean manufacturing layouts, workflow optimization, automation integration, AI adoption in production, capacity planning, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven analysis (takt times, error rates, bottlenecks). Collaborates with production, quality, and cross-functional teams to establish standardized work and best practices. Onsite role based at the Headquarters in South Burlington, VT, contributing to global operational excellence with a hands-on, collaborative approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, process optimization, or related roles
- Proven experience utilizing data analytics, time-studies, and workflow mapping to drive continuous improvement
- Familiarity and practical experience implementing AI and automation use cases to drive operational efficiencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
