Job Summary
Industrial Engineer focused on Service Design for student transportation. Lead design and refinement of end-to-end service experiences across customer touchpoints; conduct journey mapping, service blueprinting, and pain-point analysis; collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create scalable service solutions; translate customer insights into actionable service enhancements; use data from routing systems, GPS, surveys, and analytics to inform service designs and evaluate changes; design and implement digital tools (dashboards, mobile apps) to support service goals; champion sustainability initiatives such as route electrification and idle reduction; build strong relationships with customers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure requirements are met and exceeded.
