Job Summary
Industrial Engineer responsible for partnering across SC Industrial Engineering, Operations and cross-functional teams to drive Network performance including productivity, accuracy, capacity, efficiency, and process design. Responsibilities include project management, business analysis, budgeting support, facility layout, product flow, and change management; conducts data collection and analysis, leverages engineering tools, and engages multiple stakeholders to drive operational excellence within Lowe’s distribution network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in industrial engineering and 1-2 years of experience in time and motion studies, engineered labor standards development and implementation
- 1-2 years of experience with a warehouse management system
- 1-2 years up to 1 year experience managing a cross-functional project from conception to implementation
