Job Summary
Conduct time studies, establish work measurement programs, and analyze operational data to develop labor utilization standards and reduce production waste. Optimize facility layouts and equipment placement by visualizing workstation designs, restructuring job duties, and recommending workflow improvements. Manage maintenance records, design production tools, and write standard work instructions while adhering to ISO14001 and TS16949 procedures. Contribute to launch programs, assist in capital projects, and participate in plant recycling initiatives. Ability to work overtime as needed. Bachelor of Science in Engineering required with two plus years related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.)
- two plus years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with computer drafting software (AutoCAD)
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located
