Job Summary
Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing and business process optimization initiatives focused on improving operational performance, supply continuity, and process efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements to increase capacity, reduce lead times, minimize WIP, improve fill rates, and enhance overall operational flow; conducting capacity analysis for internal operations and suppliers; utilizing simulation software and analytical tools to model processes; designing and maintaining performance metrics and KPIs with internal customers and suppliers; partnering with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve product supply issues; identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions; supporting continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations, or process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with capacity analysis, process optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional manufacturing environments and with suppliers.
