Industrial Engineer III - OSS

Industrial Engineer III will plan, design, implement and manage integrated production and service delivery systems to assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site. Responsibilities include leading projects to eliminate waste through Industrial Engineering processes, verifying time standards, reporting IE metrics, driving process mapping, standardizing SAP and MES configurations, preparing project quotes, supporting New Product Introduction, coaching engineers, ensuring standardization of processes, supporting Lean initiatives with data integrity for process improvement, and complying with security procedures. Knowledge requirements emphasize broad IE tools (work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities/workstation design, operations research), financial/analytical ability, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with PC software including Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD is required.
