Job Summary
Industrial Engineer III, Data & Lean Manufacturing in HE-TEM Manufacturing (Eindhoven). Drive data-driven operational improvements by analyzing MES data to reduce cycle time, improve OEE and FPY, and increase manufacturing efficiency. Lead Lean initiatives (Kaizen, VSM, A3, DMAIC), develop dashboards and KPIs, ensure data accuracy across stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, and AI teams. Independently lead improvement projects with measurable impact and translate operational needs into MES/data requirements. Requires a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, 4–7 years in manufacturing, Lean knowledge (Green Belt required or willing to obtain), experience with MES and manufacturing data, and strong SQL/Python/BI skills; strong communication; English required, Dutch a plus.
Required Qualifications
- BSc or MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- 4–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (high-tech preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (Green Belt required or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with MES systems and manufacturing data
- Strong analytical skills (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Experience with KPI definition and performance management (OEE, takt time, lead time, FPY)
- Proven ability to independently drive improvements based on data insights
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written); Dutch is a plus
