Job Summary
Support project execution by planning, coordinating, and delivering engineering initiatives on schedule. Monitor and analyze performance KPIs to drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma principles. Resolve project-related issues through coordination with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders while preparing accurate reports and documentation. Bachelor's degree required with up to two years of experience; Six Sigma or PMP certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and project management principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Internship, co-op, or training in project management, operational excellence, or performance management
- Six Sigma Certification
- PMP Certification (preferred)
