Job Summary
Industrial Engineer responsible for developing, status-tracking, and analyzing Manufacturing Master Schedules; apply Critical Path Methodology for network development, analysis, and problem resolution; optimize operation sequences and workflow; create crew plans to ensure efficient resource allocation; develop metrics to monitor schedule progress and identify risk areas; drive efficiency through waste elimination and process improvements; perform data analysis to establish shop metrics and address complex problems; provide technical support to manufacturing and maintenance teams, production supervisors, and production associates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 1 year of experience as a Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or related role
- One year of experience with Critical path methodology and application in network development; Time Analysis methodology; Excel; Manufacturing assembly; Continuous Improvement methodology; Problem solving methodology including Red X; Production - Line Balancing
