Job Summary
Apply industrial engineering concepts to product, process, and services to meet program requirements of moderate complexity. Maintain plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention measures, and operational sequencing. Design, maintain, and optimize production systems by integrating design, supply base, facilities, and personnel. Develop models and databases to analyze data and provide metrics for leadership consultation. Assist with research and implementation of processes to enhance schedule performance, lower costs, and improve quality. Reconcile compliance with industry safety, design standards, and ergonomic guidelines. This role is 100% onsite in North Charleston, South Carolina, with a base pay range of $83,300 to $135,700 depending on level. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields and experience in manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- Skilled with effective time management, communication, and organizational skills
- 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment
- 1 year of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes
- 1 year of experience working in Microsoft Office Suite products
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite
- The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the North Charleston, South Carolina location
- Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process

Desired Qualifications
- An ABET accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- Excellent with effective time management, communication, and organizational skills
- 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment
- 3+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes
- 3+ years of experience working in Microsoft Office Suite products
