Job Summary
Industrial Engineer at The Boeing Company located in Everett, Renton, Seattle, or Auburn, WA. Design, stabilize, and improve production systems and processes to achieve world-class operational excellence; apply lean methodologies; assess readiness requirements; perform root cause analysis to improve quality; collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production-support teams; contribute to schedule performance, cost reduction, and asset utilization across large aerospace production environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 2+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes
- 2+ years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment?
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and lean principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with standard processes development and deployment
- Structured problem solving skills
