Job Summary
Industrial Engineer sought to optimize production capacity and product costs, drive Lean manufacturing initiatives, and develop robust dashboards and metrics. Responsibilities include partnering with production and engineering teams to design solutions that meet Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives; conducting capacity assessments; enabling cross-functional process improvements; data modeling and statistical analysis to predict outcomes; and supporting new product introductions while managing projects within budget. Requires expertise in manufacturing operations, data analysis, and familiarity with MES/ERP systems;Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and cleanroom experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- MES and ERP knowledge preferred
- SQL, Python, MATLAB, programming skills preferred
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred
- Automation experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Ability to work in cleanroom environment when needed
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
