Required Qualifications
- A BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Materials Engineering
- At least 3 to 5 years related experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Very strong problem solving and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to present information in a simplified and attractive but logical form
- Demonstrated ability to accept accountability and drive business directed activities with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of Stamping, Plating, Molding, Assembly and related technologies
- Knowledge of quality programs such as FMEA, SPC, Fishbone Analysis, and Pareto Charts
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Basic experience with 2D / 3D CAD programs such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or Creo
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Access
- Skills with ERP Systems
