Industrial Engineer

Industrial Engineer sought to enhance supply chain performance across a coast-to-coast distribution network. Responsibilities include evaluating operational layouts, developing dynamic labor standards to normalize UPH across building setups, leading training for standard lean operating procedures, auditing SOPs, conducting root cause analyses of performance variations, performing cost/benefit analyses, and collaborating across internal departments to scale continuous improvement ideas. The role supports labor incentive programs by analyzing KPI targets and pay-for-performance metrics. Requires strong competencies in action-orientation, adaptive mindset, stakeholder balancing, business requirements analysis, data collection/analysis, decision quality, engineering design and implementation, and compliance, with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, AutoCAD, SQL Server, and Python. Strong emphasis on training delivery, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational improvements across distribution centers and last-mile delivery.
