Industrial Engineer

Industrial Engineer responsible for enhancing supply chain performance and productivity by designing and implementing standardized labor standards and lean procedures across ATD’s distribution network, including last mile delivery. Activities include analyzing operations, auditing and updating SOPs, conducting time and motion studies, performing cost-benefit analyses, leading training for rollout of engineered standards, supporting continuous improvement with the Labor Incentive Programs and KPIs, and providing analytical support to leadership during planning and budgeting. Required competencies include data collection and analysis, engineering design and implementation, risk management, cross-functional collaboration, effective communication, and a proactive, adaptive mindset.
