Job Summary
Own the manufacturing realization system for Dcubed products from development through SOP, ramp-up, and continuous improvement. Lead Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, and Test inputs while identifying risks, tooling needs, and capacity constraints before design release. Own the manufacturing BOM, routing, process flows, work instructions, standard times, and capacity planning to ensure efficient, repeatable production. Coordinate material readiness, long-lead tracking, and Build/Production Readiness Reviews with Supply Chain and Operations. Support SOP execution, monitor production bottlenecks, and drive Lean initiatives and scalability improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or comparable technical discipline
- Experience in aerospace, space hardware, precision manufacturing, industrialization, manufacturing engineering or production planning
- Strong knowledge of mBOM structures, routings, work instructions, standard times, DFM/DFA/DFT and manufacturing readiness gates
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, manufacturing data structures, capacity planning, long-lead tracking and operational readiness management
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and PMO while maintaining clear ownership boundaries
- Eligibility to work in Germany
- Fluent English language skills
