Industrial Engineer

Monitor safety metrics across areas and activities while maintaining balanced production lines according to requirements. Define standardized work for production operations and ensure a customer-focused approach is promoted. Coordinate MSD workshops and support new product launches. Conduct capacity studies, archive departmental data, and assist production by identifying bottlenecks, improving motion flows, and analyzing deficiencies. Plan layouts to optimize material flow, update material usage records, and track discrepancies. Perform standard hour calculations, ROWTINGS, and update work instructions. Ensure all operations comply with legal, environmental, and policy requirements. Provide resources as the SAA requires and complete monthly Wombat platform training. Access and follow up on client-generated performance reports. Requires four years of engineering experience and advanced English proficiency.
