Job Summary
Operate Mobile CMMS devices for reactive calls and preventive maintenance assignments while troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. Read and troubleshoot using electrical drawings to minimize equipment downtime, ensuring compliance with Electrical Preventive Maintenance programs and IATF policies. Complete Electrical PM inspections, manage wire harnesses, filters, and cable maintenance, and provide input into plant RCA processes and periodic PM reviews. Maintain technical knowledge through educational workshops and formal training while working independently and with outside vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of verified Industrial Electrical experience
- Proficient in the trouble shooting and understanding of automated manufacturing equipment
- Understanding of mechanics of machine/grinding
- Understanding and knowledge of conveyors, automation, and mechanical systems
- Must meet state requirements
- Must understand and follow all ARC flash regulations and practices
- Must have up-to-date technological training and experience of newer state-of-the-art equipment
- Must have own tools
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
