Job Summary
Industrial Electrician in Modesto, CA plant responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems; install and wire motors, switch panels, fuse boxes, and power circuits for operational efficiency. Create and update detailed layouts of electrical circuits and components. Apply expertise in PLC programming and work with Allen Bradley systems, including VFDs and 4-20 mA circuits. Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and increase workplace safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment or a related degree
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley technology, PLC hardware, PLC software, AC/DC circuits, and 440 MCCs
- Strong focus on maintaining high safety standards
