Job Summary
Lead electrical installations, panel wiring, and system upgrades while troubleshooting and repairing equipment to minimize downtime. Operate 480VAC 3-phase systems, ABB robots, and diagnostic tools to solve issues quickly, performing preventive maintenance to ensure efficient system operation. Work safely at heights using hand and power tools while adhering to all local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations to support a strong safety-first culture. Join a manufacturing environment on a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating night shift schedule with opportunities for a quarterly perfect attendance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical work (or a combination of education and hands-on experience)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven reliability with a strong attendance record
- Solid communication skills-able to follow detailed instructions and work effectively with a team
- Working knowledge of local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations
- Hands-on experience with 480VAC 3-phase motors and controls
- Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Must be able to work safely at heights
- Must be able to operate various hand and power tools
Desired Qualifications
- Trade school or technical training
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
