Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems during the commissioning and startup of a new sand processing plant. Read schematics and blueprints to perform electrical installations, while diagnosing motors, controls, and process equipment to minimize downtime. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, support equipment startups, and respond to electrical issues in a safe, organized environment. Follow all applicable electrical, safety, and plant procedures, including Lockout/Tagout. Work Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation, earning $51–$61 per hour plus monthly bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Industrial plant electrical experience
- Hands-on industrial electrical experience in a processing or heavy industrial facility
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience working safely around industrial equipment and electrical systems
- Knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Safety-first mindset
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Monday–Friday schedule
- On-call rotation
