Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues on CNC machines, robotics, and laser systems using schematics and testing equipment. Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems including motors, drives, PLCs, and control panels while completing weekly and monthly TPMs and PPS reports. Accurately report technical conditions to production and maintenance teams and schedule repairs from small fixes to large projects with minimal supervision. Interpret blueprints, ladder logic, and various schematics for production and facility equipment. Adhere to 100% safety and PPS policies while lifting parts up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year technical school degree in Engineering principles, a Journeyman's license, or a suitable combination of education and work experience
- Experience in computer software/file management
- Must be able to read schematics and blueprints
- Experience with PLC's, VFD's and industrial automation systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills overall
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends when needed
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without the aid
- Travel as needed
- Must adhere to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time
