Job Summary
Industrial Electrician responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and controls in a manufacturing facility. Key duties include troubleshooting 480VAC 3-phase motor control circuits and PLC systems, modifying circuits in industrial machines, switching motors up to 500 HP, installing control systems for rebuilds or new systems, testing Ethernet networks and VFD motor controls, reading electrical schematics and drawings, wiring panels from schematics, and ensuring safety and PPE compliance to support production operations. Requires 1-3 years of manufacturing electrical experience and formal electrical training.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Formal electrical training such as union apprentice, military training, industrial experience, trade school, or college
