Job Summary
Overnight Industrial Electrician role in Cary, NC on a 2-2-3 12-hour shift (6 pm–6 am) with an hourly rate of $31.75. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment and expanding PLC knowledge, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and on-the-spot machine repair. Analyze production equipment failures to determine root causes using schematics/drawings; troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems (pneumatics, drives, hydraulics, conveyors); seek ways to improve plant efficiency and cost savings, and maintain open communication with lead/supervisor. Requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, safety-systems knowledge, and ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
