Job Summary
Troubleshoot, assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems while applying craftsmanship to ensure products meet strict quality standards. Stop work immediately when hazards arise, report injuries or risks, and champion safety culture by complying with HSE standards and using proper PPE. Coordinate with others, share expertise, and participate in TPM initiatives to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. Identify operational constraints, implement solutions to minimize downtime, and drive preventive maintenance to reduce defects and costs.
Required Qualifications
- comprehensive knowledge of troubleshooting, assembling, installing, testing, maintaining and making improvements to electrical systems
- relevant functions to select and utilize appropriate resources, tools, machinery and specialty equipment
- Thorough understanding of the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment
- ability to act as a formal resource coordinating others
- ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change in the manufacturing environment
- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) knowledge
- ability to stop work when hazards arise and report injuries or risks immediately
