Industrial Electrician

Job Summary
Layout conduit systems, lighting, and control systems while analyzing blueprints and installing motor feeders. Troubleshoot and maintain basic electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code, ensuring all projects meet specifications and accuracy expectations. Clean workstations, manage materials, and participate in toolbox talks and safety audits to uphold OSHA and customer-specific standards. Provide direction, training, and mentorship to General Assemblers and Apprentices while driving lean manufacturing principles. Work independently on cohesive teams, anticipating equipment needs and completing tasks on time, within budget, and safely. Schedule includes shifts from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, with 10-25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
- 10-25% travel
- availability for shifts between 6am-6pm or 6pm to 6am
- availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to layout conduit systems, various lighting systems, basic control systems, and feeders
- ability to analyze blueprints effectively
- ability to obtain, organize, and manage materials effectively
- ability to accept increasing responsibility
- ability to work without direct supervision
- ability to complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size
- ability to comprehend and incorporate specifications effectively
- ability to coach and inspire General Assemblers/Apprentices
- ability to participate in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program
- ability to perform other related duties as required and assigned
