Job Summary
Hands-on Electrical Technician/Industrial Electrician responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment across production and facility systems. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical instructions; install, test, and commission electrical components, wiring, and power distribution equipment; calibrate and service electronic devices and control systems; perform preventive maintenance and respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime; ensure OSHA and GMP compliance; collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, and Safety teams to support a safe and efficient production environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- technical training or electrical certification preferred
- background troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing, food production, or industrial environment
- ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
- experience with circuits, control systems, electronic components
- safety-first mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
