Job Summary
Industrial Electrician role with a focus on executing automation solutions and designing/configuring control systems for plant processes in a food-processing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing electrical and instrumentation functions for projects, developing control strategies based on best practices, collaborating with fix/support teams to identify reliability improvements, and providing training for completed projects. Role requires physical exertion, willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, and adherence to safety in a wet/humid production setting. Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship) and able to read schematics, troubleshoot electrical/instrumentation systems, and communicate effectively. No relocation reimbursement provided; 6-day work week noted.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of PLC/HMI/Controls programming languages
- Ability to update and troubleshoot a range of electrical or instrumentation systems
- Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team or individual environment and be a self-starter
- Ability to pass an Electrical Aptitude Test
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
