Job Summary
Industrial Electrical Technician at Cushman & Wakefield/C&W Services in Dayton, OH. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical components and equipment (lighting, motors, inverters, soft starts, and wye-delta systems); reading schematics; calibration and documentation of process instrumentation (Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature, Analytical Instrumentation); troubleshooting control loops using specialized testing equipment; installing conduit and cable trays; adhering to NECA 101 standards; performing safe electrical testing and measurement; operating industrial powered vehicles and heavy equipment; working from elevated areas and in confined spaces; maintaining safety compliance, and performing administrative duties such as timekeeping and work orders. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, use hand and power tools, and work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Requires physical stamina (lifting up to 50 pounds) and the ability to wear a respirator when needed. Training and safety programs provided; opportunity for advancement and comprehensive benefits. The compensation range is $33.58 - $39.50 per hour, with benefits and weekly pay. The role requires a valid driver’s license and offers potential license/certification pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain State Journeyman Electrical License upon meeting state required qualifications
- Ability to obtain ISA’s CCST Level 1 Certification
- 5+ years of electrical and controls experience and/or 4+ years of education in Electronics or Industrial Electricity
- current valid driver’s license
