Job Summary
Lead industrial crews to install, modify, and repair plant power and controls safely, on schedule, and to spec. Perform hands-on work with switchgear, MCCs, rigid conduit, and cable tray while reading blueprints and schematics. Ensure all tasks meet medium-voltage (115 kV) standards and include necessary terminations. Maintain OSHA-30 certification and NCCER credentials while managing a valid driver's license for site mobility. This role requires a minimum of 2+ years in industrial electrical settings, excluding residential or commercial work.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years Industrial electrical experience (not residential/commercial)
- Medium-voltage experience (115 kV)
- Experience with switchgear/MCCs, rigid conduit, cable tray, terminations
- Blueprint/schematic reading
- Crew leadership
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to undergo a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check

- PLC/VFD familiarity
- Testing (megger/IR/hi-pot)
