Job Summary
Drive branch performance by building customer relationships, managing P&L, and recruiting a multi-level staff of 5–15 employees. Oversee sales, staffing, and customer satisfaction while ensuring job costs and margins align with company standards. Carry an individual sales quota and develop strategies to secure repeat business and expand market presence. Manage suppliers to secure equipment and assign internal resources based on workload demands. Requires 5+ years in industrial electrical operations, electrical certification, and a valid driver's license. Must relocate to Savannah, GA, with 25% travel availability. Monday–Friday day shift with on-call rotation and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of general or operations management experience in a trades-related industry
- Experience in business development, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven success managing P&L statements and driving revenue growth
- Project management experience with the ability to match personnel skillsets to project requirements
- Demonstrated success as a selling manager with consistent achievement of targets
- Ability to manage, coach, and motivate a multi-level staff of 5–15 employees
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and leadership skills
- Hands-on, calm under pressure, innovative, and solution-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Driver's License
- Electrical Certification or License
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Must reliably commute to or be willing to relocate to the Savannah area before starting
