Job Summary
Industrial Designer responsible for conceptualizing and executing 3D and 2D creative design solutions for in-store merchandising, signage, packaging concepts, and digital assets across beauty and non-beauty retail initiatives. You will develop visual concepts, present to stakeholders, ensure brand guideline compliance, and contribute to packaging evolution. Stakeholder collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and product development teams is required, along with staying ahead of retail design trends and integrating generative AI into workflows. Manage multiple projects from concept to execution, delivering high-quality outputs within deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualization tools, plus a degree or diploma in a related design field, is expected.
Required Qualifications
- degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry
- proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- experience with 3D Studio Max or alternative visualization tools
- strong typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- ability to translate marketing briefs into effective and visually appealing designs
- excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- strong portfolio across print and digital mediums
- good time-management and meeting deadlines
