Industrial Design Intern

Industrial Design Intern for Fall 2026 to support the in-house design team in developing innovative product concepts, contributing to the full design thinking process from ideation through prototyping. Hybrid role in Glen Allen, VA. Collaborate on concept design, development, universal design evaluation, on-product graphic design, and Visual Brand Language/Color Material Finish documentation. Create photorealistic presentation renderings and hand-sketch concepts; strong sketching and form-giving abilities. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Solidworks, and Keyshot; knowledge in 3D animation or UX/UI design a plus. Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial design; junior year or higher by start date; authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.; no sponsorship.
