Job Summary
Lead Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for engineering data affecting customers, suppliers, and internal changes while tracking progress and collecting evidence. Ensure accurate equipment setup in Plex by managing assets, naming conventions, and work log connections. Oversee document control through file uploads, naming standards, permission management, and approval tracking. Facilitate FEL project governance, including process functionality, updates, and user training. Conduct regular product reviews for Foundational FMEA with A3/8D tie-ins to engineering standard updates. Collect, retain, and analyze operational, equipment, and asset data to increase business competitiveness. Derive information from part prints regarding weight, part count, and GD&T basics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Derive information from part prints (Weight, Part Count, Part No., Rev Level, GD&T Basics)
- Strong project organization, presentation and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to use Plex or similar ERP systems
- Ability to use Excel
- Capable in PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with audits and standards
- Familiarity with financial processes (costing, quoting, purchase orders)
- Proficient in Teams, Copilot or similar AI, SharePoint, Power apps & Power Automate
