Job Summary
Industrial CSR responsible for serving as the primary contact for industrial clients, handling order processing, shipping coordination, and inquiries with internal departments (sales, logistics, production). Requires ERP experience, strong communication, and knowledge of fencing products. Focuses on maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment. Required Qualifications
- A Successful CSR Candidate, You Have: One to three years experience in inside sales, sales, or customer service; A high school diploma or GED
- Even Better: Experience in the fence industry or experience as a fencing installer; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommending complementary products based on customer needs
- Lead Qualification: Identifying potential buyers and passing qualified leads to the sales team
- Quote Generation: Preparing accurate quotes based on product specs, volume, and delivery timelines
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of fencing materials and installation processes
- Order Management: Process, track, and follow up on customer orders
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using customer relationship management systems
- Problem Solving: Handling complaints, delivery issues, and product defects
- Communication: Clear, courteous, and persuasive verbal and written communication
Desired Qualifications
