Job Summary
Industrial Counter Sales role providing branch customer service and counter sales at the store. Responsibilities include assisting walk-in customers, processing quotations, orders, and changes; coordinating with other departments on purchase orders; warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, shipping, and cycle counting; operating an ERP system (P21) to manage customer and order data; assembling and delivering orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing and delivery. Also performs forklift and general warehouse duties; emphasizes safety and customer-focused service with strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
