Industrial Controls Cyber Security Analyst

Job Summary
Develop and deliver ICS Security Policies, Standards and Procedures based on industry standards, regulations, and best practices; perform risk analyses on initiatives and new technologies; collaborate with OT engineers and IT staff to implement infrastructure standards; stay current with IoT/IIoT technologies and best practices; design guidance to securely connect IoT/IIoT to enterprise and cloud applications; conduct on-site ICS/OT risk assessments; lead security awareness presentations; review firewall rule requests for ICS/OT environments; guide teams to deploy security technologies in ICS and DMZ; build SOPs and triage events from security solutions; communicate progress to senior management; cultivate relationships with plant/site personnel and corporate offices.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary Degree or Technical Diploma preferred
- Six or more years of related experience
- Experience developing and implementing cyber security projects in an ICS environment
- Knowledge of ICS/OT and IoT/IIoT security
- SANS GSEC and GICSP certifications preferred
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
- Ability to educate and coach OT/IT staff on ICS cyber security
