Job Summary
Manage factory, production, and performance controlling for multiple sites, steering budget, forecast, and planning processes while delivering performance analyses. Drive the development of CO2 controlling and support sustainable transformation initiatives by identifying efficiency gains in operational billing. Act as a business partner to central departments on strategic and operational matters, leading digitalization and standardization efforts in factory controlling. Provide technical leadership for factory controllers and foster cross-site collaboration. Report to the Head of Production & Technology Germany and work in Heidelberg.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse
- praktische Erfahrungen bei der Betriebsabrechnung
- Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Controlling-Bereich
- guten Kenntnissen in IFRS und HGB
- fließenden Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen innerhalb der deutschen Werksstandorte
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise mit Fokus auf Controlling, Finanzen oder Unternehmensplanung
- Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP CO/FI/MM, SAP HANA BW, Tableau)
