Job Summary
Strategic, senior-level Industrial Client Services Leader responsible for driving growth for the Industrial Business Unit through business development, client engagement, and delivery of complex EPC design-build projects. Leads relationship-building with major industrial clients, partners with senior project managers and technical specialists to win and execute capital projects, and collaborates with technology groups to enhance project delivery while ensuring governance, financial, and supply chain considerations are integrated into growth strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA, MS, or MA degree preferred
- 12 years of related experience
- EPC business development experience in industrial markets with demonstrated client relationship building in at least one of the following areas: oil/gas, chemicals, food/beverage, power, utilities, mining/mineral, industrial water, and wastewater.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
