Job Summary

Operate heavy-duty equipment including high-pressure pumps and vacuum trucks while safely maintaining company vehicles. Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as hydro blasting, tank cleaning, and confined space entry while adhering to strict safety protocols and wearing required PPE. Inspect surface cleanliness to meet customer expectations and test machinery as needed. Frequently move hoses and equipment up to 50lbs, work in wet or outdoor conditions, and ascend ladders or scaffolding. Maintain punctual attendance and represent the company through professional customer service. Regular on-call availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years or older
Valid Driver's License and ability to be insured under company insurance plan
Minimum 2 years' experience working in roles involving intensive physical activity, including repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50lbs), prolonged standing, bending, climbing, and working in a demanding physical environment for extended periods of time
Regular on-call availability
Must meet facial hair standards in accordance with OSHAs Respiratory Protection Standard (29 CFR 1910.34)
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
Must be able to perform tasks as assigned by PNE supervisory/management personnel
Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions
Must be willing to get dirty and be in wet conditions at times
Must be able to frequently move hoses and other work-related equipment up to 50lbs
Must be able to observe details at close range
Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
Must be able to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding and/or platforms
Must be able to travel up to 25%
Must be able to work in environments where there may be exposure to potentially hazardous conditions, including chemicals, fumes, hazardous substances
Must be able to perform tasks that may involve working in confined spaces such as tanks, tunnels, or enclosed structures, as well as at elevated heights using ladders, platforms, or scaffolding
Must be able to safely operate and maintain company vehicles as required for job duties
Must be able to operate different heavy duty work-related equipment, including but not limited to high pressure pumps, vacuum trucks, different industrial cleaning agents
Must be able to consistently wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Must be able to adhere to safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer
Must be able to remain professional and represent the company well
Must be able to work as a team participant along with maintenance staff
Must be able to maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
Must be able to remain up to date on all safety training and mill trainings
