Job Summary
Maintains daily sanitation procedures and cleanliness of production facilities; keeps records of daily inspection logs and chemical usage; performs basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry; participates in food production operations including filling, restocking, and cleaning per FDA and USDA specifications; duties include cleaning/restocking restrooms, stocking sanitary stations, removing trash, and completing sanitation checklists per the master sanitation plan; works under the Plant Manager and meets physical demands such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
