Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager focused on channel development to drive distributor growth and revenue in North America. Responsibilities include managing distributor relationships, recruiting new channel partners, developing structured account plans and growth strategies per partner, supporting partners with technical applications knowledge and commercial quoting, collaborating on pricing and proposals, leading pipeline management in CRM (HubSpot), attending industry trade shows and customer engagements, and working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and commercial teams. Required experience includes 7+ years of outside/channel sales, experience with distributors or channel partners, strong technical aptitude for engineered products, CRM experience (HubSpot or similar), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within the region.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of outside sales or channel sales experience
- Experience working with distributors, resellers, or channel partners
- Proven ability to drive revenue through indirect sales models
- Strong technical aptitude (ability to understand engineered products)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage territory performance independently
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned region
